VISION: The vision is to increase the physical health of the community through proper nutrition and education using locally grown, sustainable foods as part of an all-encompassing approach to healthy living. BRIDGES approaches the concept of nutrition from the standpoint that good health arises from sustainability awareness and from consuming foods that have been prepared to retain maximum nutritive value, and served in moderation across all food groups.
